The aim of this time capsule sports project is to capture the life, history and achievements of our sports community. Compiling artifacts, memorabilia and personal anecdotes from athletes, coaches and fans it traces the development of our sporting culture. Iconic moments to the little things that helped build a community, here we salute all of those who spilled sweat and blood in pursuit of immortality on this piece of ground. This time capsule preserves forever for future generations every last ounce they contributed so tirelessly putting their bodies at stake over three thousand years ago.
