How do I reset my password?
If you know your current password, learn how to change it.
If you can't log into Mioola and need to reset your password:

1. Go to the login page at www.mioola.com/login.
2. Below Log In, click/tap Trouble Accessing Your Account?
3. Type the email associated with your account and follow the instructions to change your account password.
How do I change my password?
If you're logged into your Mioola account, you can change your password from your Settings (left main menu) > Account OR Profile icon (top right) > Settings icon (under your profile username) > Account page.

From there:
1. Click/Tap Change Password in the "Account Password" box.
2. Type your current and new passwords.
3. Click/Tap Change Password again.

If you've forgotten your password and need to reset it, learn how.
How do I permanently delete my account?
If you don't think you'll use Mioola again, you can request to have your account permanently deleted, your account will be permanently deleted with no option for recovery after 7 days.

Please keep in mind that you won't be able to reactivate your account or retrieve anything you've added after 7 days from the request. If you'd like your account permanently deleted, log into your account and go to your profile page, click/tap on the settings icon(under your profile name) > Account and then click the Close Account in the "Account Status" box.
Where can I find my account settings?
To find your account settings, log in, go to your profile and click/tap the Settings Icon (under your profile name). From here, you can:

Profile - Edit your account settings (ex: login email, password, notifications, language, currency etc).
Account - Setup your profile preferences and modules (ex: privacy options, follow module, friends module, posting preferences, gift preferences etc).
Overview - View your account info and virtual balance (Account type, Transactions, Account Upload limits etc).
How do I change my account email address?
To update the email address on your Mioola account:

1. Go to your profile and click/tap the settings icon (under your profile name).
2. Click/tap Account, then click/tap Change Email.
3. Enter your New Email and account Password.
4. Click/tap Change Email again.
5. Verify your new Email by entering The Verification Code that was sent to your new Email address.
6. Click/tap Change Email again.
How do I change my account username?
If you're logged into your Mioola account, you can change your username from your Settings (left main menu) > Profile OR Profile icon (top right) > Settings icon (under your profile username) > Profile page.

From there:
1. Click/Tap Change Username in the "Username" box.
2. Type your new username.
3. Click/Tap Change Username again.
