The complicated illness known as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is fueled by a number of genetic mutations that promote tumour development. Anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene rearrangements have been identified as a critical driver mutation in a fraction of NSCLC patients among these changes. ALK is a gene that codes for a receptor tyrosine kinase; when this gene is rearranged, ALK signalling pathways may become constitutively active. #mrmed #mrmedpharmacy #alkinhibitor #nsclc #lungcancer #alectinibhydrochloride Know more: https://feedingtrends.com/understanding-alk-gene-rearrangements-in-nsclc
